This page provides information on recovery and rebuilding after the 2018 Camp Fire Incident. The Department of Development Services is assisting those affected by the Camp Fire at both our offices in Oroville and the Butte County Disaster Recovery Center located in the old Sears Building at the Chico Mall, 1982 East 20th Street in Chico. A second Disaster Recovery Center is located 2140 Feather River Boulevard in Oroville, but is not currently staffed by Development Services personnel. The Disaster Recovery Centers are open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily.
